David will be responsible for securing institutional mandates with employee benefit consultants, corporate advisers, insurance companies and asset managers.
David initially joined Vanguard in July 2009 as business development manager, and was responsible for managing relationships across UK platforms. He has over 25 years industry experience and previously worked for both Clerical Medical and Standard Life where he held a number of positions, including that of national development manager (investments).
